About the Party...
* It's a memorable hour of structured, supervised gymnastics fun for children ages 3 & up. Our action filled parties include instruction on the trapeze obstacle course, balance beams, bars, double mini-trampoline, trampoline, and parachute games.

| * One 1/2 hour is reserved for eating goodies and opening presents. * Preston Gymnastics Academy will provide the invitations, instructors & supervision on the gymnastics events, use of the refrigerator, set up of the party room, assistance with the party, and clean-up afterwards. | |

Pricing Information
* Price includes a 50% non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the payment will be due in full prior to the start of the party. Please note, we do not accept MasterCard or Visa payments over the phone or internet.

Rules & Policies
| * Clothing: A leotard, t-shirt & shorts, or warm-up suit is suggested. No zippers, buckles, or belts on the clothing. Baggy clothes are dangerous and may not be worn. |
| * Parties begin and end on time. There will be an additional $30.00 charge if the party extends up to 15 minutes over reserved time. Parties may not extend over 15 minutes of the reserved time!!! |
| * Children and parents must remain in the party room area before and after the gymnastics portion of the party, and must stay off equipment unless use is specified by the instructor. |
| * Minimum age for children participating in the party is 3 years old. Younger siblings not participating in the party must remain in the party room. |
| * Parents of the birthday child ONLY are welcome to watch and take pictures from the floor, however you must remain with the party group. All other parents must remain in the party room for the duration of the party. Parents of the birthday child are encouraged to observe, but may not use or be on the equipment themselves (including trampoline.) |
| * Any child not currently enrolled in the program must have a signed permission slip before being allowed on the gym floor. |
| * The party room will be available for your use exclusively during your reserved party time, however there will be team practices and other activities on the gym floor during the gymnastics portion of the party. |
| * A %50 percent non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance of the payment due at the beginning of the party. |
| * No noisemakers, please. |
| * A confirmation of the number of children must be made 12 calendar days prior to the party date; minimum payment will be based on the confirmation number. If no confirmation number is received, balance due and number of instructors will be based on the number of guests noted at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse to alter the original number of children, or date & time of the party, if a request is made less than 12 days prior to the party date. You may leave a message on the answering machine if calling after normal business hours. |
