Classes For Children

Mom, Dad, & Me

18 Months-3 Years Old

Our program is designed to improve coordination, motor learning and control, spatial & body awareness, muscle and joint flexibility, and teach gross motor skills via movement and balance activities.  Parents will find that this class is a very valuable tool for their children to be introduced to a semi-structured gym environment.   Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.

Pre-School

3 and 4 Year Olds

Our program is designed to improve coordination, motor learning and control, spatial & body awareness, muscle and joint flexibility, and teach gross motor skills via movement and balance activities.  Parents will find that this class is a very valuable tool for their children to be introduced to a semi-structured gym environment.   Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.

Kindergarten-2nd Grade Class

5 - 8 Years Old

Emphasis is placed on learning to work both independently and with others, while improving coordination, balance, strength & flexibility on the apparatus.  Class activities include three events per week, comprising all of the gymnastics events, with the addition of Trampoline.   Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.

Boys Xcel Bronze

6-13 Years old

These classes are geared toward Boys Artistic Gymnastics.  The classes are one hour in length and cycle through the following events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bars, Trampoline, & Double Mini Trampoline.  Your athlete will learn the fundamentals of Boys Artistic Gymnastics.  While doing so they will increase their strength, flexibility, and air sense.  Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.

Girls Xcel Bronze

6-14 Yeards Old

These classes are geared towards Girls Artistic Gymnastics.  The classes are one hour in length and will cycle through Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Vault, Floor and Trampoline.  Your athlete will learn the fundamentals of Girls Artistic Gymnastics, while building up their strength, flexibility, and air awareness.   Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.

Trampoline and Tumbling Bronze

6-14 Years Old

Recreational Tumbling is a great way to improve coordination and muscular control while working with the body in a fun and rewarding way.  Our classes are designed to build progressively from one skill to the next.  In addition, trampoline is a great tool to help build self confidence while mastering aerial maneuvers requiring grace, speed, flexibility, coordination and control.   Student to teacher ratio is 8:1

Platinum Boys

12- 18 Years Old

These classes are geared toward Boys Artistic Gymnastics.  The classes are one hour in length and cycle through the following events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bars, Trampoline, & Double Mini Trampoline.  Your athlete will learn the fundamentals of Boys Artistic Gymnastics.  While doing so they will increase their strength, flexibility, and air sense.  Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.


Classes For Adults

Gymnastics is not just for kids!

TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING FOR ADULTS

The T&T gymnastics class meets once a week for 75 minutes. Each class starts off with a 15 minute warm-up which includes a portion of cardio and stretching. Next the class then rotates through tumbling on the tumble trak and rod floor, Double-Mini Trampoline, and Trampoline on our string competition trampolines. The class finishes with 15 minutes of conditioning to keep new skills coming.

General Gymnastics For Adults

The general gymnastics class meets once a week for 75 minutes. Each class starts off with a 15 minute warm-up which includes a portion of cardio and stretching. Next the class does 15 minutes of tumbling, and then cycles through 1 to 2 gymnastics events. The gymnastics events include Vault, Un-even bars, Beam, Pommel Horse, Rings, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar, Double Mini Trampoline, and basic tumbling. Each class has trampoline for 15 minutes. The class finishes with approximately 15 minutes of conditioning exercises. Our instructors will work on skills that you already have and help you learn new ones.

Covid - Spectator Policy

There is currently no spectator restriction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What does my child need to bring to class?

Make sure that they have athletic clothes on, without buckles zippers or snaps.  They will need socks for the trampoline.  All long hair needs to be tied back.

 

 

Covid-19 Face Covering Policy

There is currently no requirement to have a face covering.

 

What discounts do you offer?

Discounts may not be combined.

Enroll in two classes get the second class at 25% off, no other discount may be applied.

Sibling and immediate family discount.  The most expensive class is at full price  and additional children receive 10% discount, same session, immediate family only.)  

Autopay discount $10 off when signing up for autopay, this discount is available once annually.

 

What is the Make-up Policy?

You may make up one class per session.  You may also request an open gym coupon for a missed class.  Make-ups must be made up within the session.  Make-ups may not be used for credits towards the next session.
